Quality Inn Arkadelphia - University Area

This was a sleep and go June 4, 2025. Traveled with family. All rooms have outside entry for rooms like a Motel. Was able to park at our door. They accommodated our request for a no pet room because of allergies.The two Queen Room was clean and large enough for us. Low entry tub. Bed had coils so it moved a lot for me when we rolled over. It had a plush mattress topper so it was comfy but I was restless in a new place. Breakfast was a short walk back to the lobby. The area is small but accommodating. Choices were limited but still had hot and cold options as well as fresh fruit. The front desk attendant was trying to check guests out and keep breakfast area filled and clean all by their self. I don't know if this is normal for that location, or if there was a shortage. Was able to hear cars pulling in, doors open/close and light road noise, but not enough to bother sleep. All in all, Great Job. This was a sufficient stay for all our needs. We will be staying again on our return trip ************************************************* June 13 Return trip Stayed this time in a King Suite. The bed was clean, medium firm, with a plush topper and plenty of pillows. I didn't want to get out of bed! It was so comfy and did not sag or jiggle when we turned over. The hot bath in a low entry, shiny clean tub with a glued on clean white bath mat was so welcomed after days in the car traveling. It was a nice touch to see shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. There was also a lotion dispenser on the wall by the sink. All the tile grout was clean and white. With this stay I realized there were more breakfast options than I thought the first time. There is another counter near the front desk with oatmeal, gritz, juice, and coffee. This is a little older style Hotel/Motel but they work hard at cleanliness and modern comforts. It was thoughtful to put a glowing light switch just inside the door for late night arrivals too. Kudos!!

Good location, plenty of parking, bed was super comfortable, shower was good. My room had a fridge and microwave as well. Nice breakfast. There were a few loud people but they didn't bother me, I was near the truck parking (by the pool which looked wonderful but I didn't use) but it was not an issue. I will stay here again if I the area, the staff I encountered were very nice. The wifi was not working during my stay, the man at the front desk apologized but it was not an issue for me. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We stopped for one night on a road trip. The room was so clean! The front desk agent was so friendly and warm. The hot breakfast was yum. We will stay here again on our way back through.

Got a great price. Clean room with nice vinyl floors. No nasty carpet! Working laundry room that still takes quarters. The ladies working there are doing a great job. Would definitely return.

We were doing a road trip from Toronto, Canada to Dallas, Texas and stayed at the Quality Inn in Arkadelphia on the way as we were tired and looking for a place to sleep. We entered the lobby and it was immaculately clean. Front desk clerk was super friendly and quickly got us checked into a non-smoking room. We entered the room and it was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept well and in the morning went for a breakfast. To our surprise, the breakfast selection was by far the best we had in choice hotels we have been to so far. Property was old but kudos to owners for keeping in amazing condition. Highly recommend if you’re passing by.

Very nice folks working there. They were very helpful. Kind of dated facility. The beds were too firm for my liking but I am addicted to my sleep number bed. Otherwise we had everything we needed. Great breakfast area. Pretty much everything you need.

IT WAS SO CLEAN!! Probably the cleanest place we stayed on a week long vacation. We've had some bad experiences when it comes to cleanliness in hotels so this is a biggie for me! Beds were immaculate and comfortable. It was very handy to have a fridge and microwave both available in the room, and both ice machine and vending machines in the hall. This hotel is also located conveniently close to the highway, so as we stopped for the evening on our trip, it was easy to find and quick to get back on the road in the morning. Breakfast had a good array of both hot and cold options, and every employee we spoke with was professional and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

I wish I could clone this hotel. It’s just the best. We will drive an unreasonably long way tired as hell just to make it to this hotel. The breakfast is always spectacular with a wide selection for everyone in the family. Rooms are clean, staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Always a good time, we’ve been coming for years when we come through because it’s a solid choice every time.
